I've not heard anyone reporting such a ticking noise that was traced to the engine, and specifically the injectors. If it is has been diagnosed as noisy injectors I don't understand how your dealer can claim it's normal and refuse to address the issue. This engine is noisy and you'll hear a clicking with cold starts, but the noise should disappear after the engine warms up.
If you were out of warranty I would probably say don't worry about injector noise, if in fact it is the injectors making the noise. Injector noise is relatively common on certain vehicles at higher mileage, I know many Honda's are known for this, and it's not indicative of a problem just "the way they get when the mileage gets high". However your Rogue is under warranty and I at your mileage you should not be hearing a loud clicking noise from the injectors. I was wondering if perhaps the noise is coming from the valve train, perhaps a valve adjustment would be in order.
Regardless this ticking is not normal if it continues after the vehicle is warmed to operating temp (ticking is normal on this engine when cold). If you drive a new Rogue off the lot or any moderately used Rogue you will not hear this noise once it's warmed up. This noise recently developed, and it indicates the start of a problem - yes you may run for many thousands of miles without any further degradation but that isn't the point - the vehicle is under warranty if there is an issue with the fuel injectors I believe it should be corrected, most likely with replacemet injectors or a valve job if that is the cause - all covered under your powertrain warranty which is still in effect.
I'd recommend calling your dealer and insisting that they repair the problem which they have documented (I'm assuming your service summary notes some along the lines of "ticking noise - fuel injectors determined to be the cause". If you have their assessment of bad fuel injectors documented, they have no choice but to repair the problem under warranty. Give them a call, be firm and let us know how this turns out, good luck!
If for some reason your dealer continues to be uncooperative, just calmly mention to them that you will be forced to contact Nissan USA/Canada corporate and register a complaint, normally dealers want nothing to do with customer complaints directly to Nissan and as a last resort this often will motivate them to do the right thing and repair your vehicle.
