I am doing a rebuild and am going to replace the rod and main bearings. I had the crank checked/balanced and it's fine. So do i just get the standard size bearings? The pistons I am going with are cp 86.5 and eagle rods.

If your crank has been check and is within spec then standard size. If you're going with OEM bearings you'll need to check the FSM as they have 3 or 4 different standard sized bearings.
