rod knock repair question.

ok, so I just heard a rod knock in my redtop SR. I am pretty broke and I need to know if this will work. I plan to get to the internals from the bottom and changing all 8 rod bearings. it is a small knock so I believe this should work. I know that each rod bearing is different and plan to buy the correct ones.

yeah that should work as long as the crank isnt scored too bad, if the crank is scored your gonna have to take that out and have it fixed.. they make special emry pads if its just alittle scored.

where do i get that special emry pad if it is slieghtly scored. just a parts store or a machining place? thanks though
