I was wondering If I can use rod bearings from a g20 or se-r for my s13 blacktop sr20det?

To make a long story short Advance autoparts gave me the wrong oil filter for A Nissan Xterra come to find out, instead of an se-r, while I was driving my project car the oil filter blew off, my oil light went on , I immediately shut it off and rolled it down the parking lot back home, I changed the oil, put on a 91 se-r filter thanx Pyro your the man bro, and replaced the oil, finally got it started and it started knocking, its a light knock so it def didnt dig into the crank.....

I hear rumors of 91-94 b13 sentra se-r as an interchange, but idk

All SR bearings are the same, with the exception of the GTi-R (which have larger journals).

But if it's knocking, then it's more than likely already damaged the crank enough to need polishing.
