rockerarm noise

um if my car (89 s13) is making rockerarm noises when im driving...is this a bad sign??? of course my car is not suppose to make noise like that but is it something i can just ignore or should i get it looked upon??

ka's dont have rockerarms. My engine started making noises that sounded like cams, then it spun a rod bearing, and blew a few piston rings into a bunch of pieces

I'd check the oil level first. Sometimes it's the simplest things people overlook. And the single cam KA24E SOHC in the 89 does have rockers, 12 of them.
