rocker panel rust

I picked up an 89 240sx cheap but the passenger side rocker panel is dented pretty good and rotted out, do they make a replacement or is this almost impossible to fix??

I'm sure a good body shop can deal with it. Cut and weld in a new panel would be my solution.

Fixable. But you can also buy a new piece from Nissan and replace the affected area more effectively.
