Rocker panel replacement

I am trying to find a replacement rocker panels for my 02, they're rusted out near the rear wheel wells. I was thinking I might just weld some 2x4 or 2x6 square steel tubing.

Has anyone had to replace their s*** rockers? Where did you find your replacements? Any help would be appreciated.

sometimes local autopart guys (smaller outfits) can give you a good deal, or at least better than the larger stores like NAPA
