Does anyone know whats involved in installing them? Do you have to take the cams out (i think you do but im not sure) ?and is it worth it to do it during the swap while the motors out of the car and what not, even tough you still running a stock set-up?im just curious, im trying to figure out if i should add this on my list to buy, or my "I want it" list.

Yes. Take the valve cover off and undo most of the cam tower bolts. The outer ones. There are like 13 in all.

Absolutely, it's cheap insurance for a known weak component with the SR (the valvetrain) it's a $100 well spent for some TOMEI RAS. That way if you mis-shift or over-rev you wont have to worry about some potential serious engine damage. I would even go as far as getting some new valve springs, you then can rev safely to around 8-8.5k rpm if you wanted to.

with valuve springs i would have to take out the cams, correct? But then again it is a good insurance against valvue floating.so i gueess i got two more things to add to my list of things to buy. Thanks everyone for the replies and the help.
