Rocker Arm Stopper?

Over at http://www.Jspec.com, in their SR20DET FAQ they say your 2nd stage of upgrades should include upgrading/adding a rocker arm stopper. I have no idea what this part is. Anyone care to fill me in?

A major SR20 problem is that under high boost/horsepower conditions the rocker arms burst off. : ) The stopper helps prevent thing, along with upgraded rocker arms and valve springs. : ) For high profile camwork you also have to do the lash killer kit, well, certain high profile cams at least. : )
