I got the windshield chip fixed yesterday. And then at 6am this morning, we had the mother of all hail storms! Of course, my coupe was in the driveway because they hadn't said anything about about the chance of hail...only rain. Anyways, come Monday, I'll be getting estimates for hail damage repair. Has anyone had this done before? How much does it normally run? I'll claim it on my insurance if I have to, but I'd rather not since the reason I got the coupe was I in an accident that totalled my last car. That was only about 2 1/2 months ago. Any advice would be appreciated.

wow!! i love our insurance!!! we totalled our car (2005 malibu) in 05. someone hit us while driving home from williamsburg and just kept on going. so our insurance had to cover it. but our premiums have only gone down since!! guess we are lucky.

Man i feel your pain, when i bought my last car, i owned it for less then a month and we had a bad *** hail storm. It didn't actually dent the panels, but it made little micro dents all over the paint, made it look like the car was always dirty...

How bad is the damage? Can a paintless dent removal place like "Dent Doctor" remove them? Pics would help..

Oh, I'm sure they can do PDR. Basically, I just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with someplace in the Dallas area. I don't want to take it to "just anybody".
