Yes, thanks JB and Ras for the help. I've been Googling the Nissan roadside side assistance this morning and see that you can get it with an extended warranty policy. Without the extended warranty policy it seems kinda fuzzy. I saw where I would have to call a tow truck, find the nearest Nissan dealer and have it towed there, then wait to see if it is a warranty claim before getting reimbursed for the tow and service. This is somewhat roundabout, and maybe I have it wrong. The other manufacturers seem to have a better line of communication for direct towing and less hassle. No one seems to beat OnStar for emergencies on the road. I'm just torn between a Terrain/Equinox and the Rogue. The factory installed remote start is something the wife wants, and is standard on the Terrain SLT1 and Equinox LT2. I have GM cards point to throw at a GM vehicle. Hopefully I'll get to test drive a Rogue later this week to make a final decision. The GM direct injection engine issues make me think twice about them.JB'sRogue wrote:It comes with it, they just dont advertise it since you wont need it like the brands you mention will.

for $30 per year, i added free towing to my insurance policy. you might want to check that out as an option.
