What are everybody's favorite products (and/or techniques) for fixing imperfections in paint?
The sides of my car are near perfect, though the hood is pretty worn from road chips and sap.
The easy solution is to spend a ton of money, but I am cheap. :chuckle:

Option 1: Wait for someone to hit you then get it fixed by insurance.

Option 2: vinyl wrap

Option 3: Plasti-dip

Option 4: Buy a touch up pen and go to work

Meguiars Detailing spray and clay bar will clean alot of clear coat imperfections... restored my white paint really nice, but not any scratches deeper than the clear coat

touchup paint on the chips and deep scratches.
The next weekend clay bar the entire car, then rubbing compound by hand on the touchup areas to blend them in.
Then polish and wax the entire car using a buffer.
I do this once in the spring and once in the fall.
Regular wash and wax in between

I had a clear bra installed 3 years ago and do not have any scratches on the front including mirrors. I used 3M clear bra installed by
PRO-TECH here in Las Vegas. There should be someone where you live that installs it. It wasn't cheap but was worth it to me. Good Luck
PS this is for after you repair your dings.
