this came up on the 3 g's and evo topic. so im going to put it out for everyone. how many ppl would be interested in getting together for a run on the tail of the dragon/deals gap. this isnt a thread to say when it will be, but if there would be enough intrest to go further with setting something up. ive got a LT. that runs it 2-3 times a year and i can get alot of intel from him to help set something up i ppl are wanting this.

Is that In NC and TN...?

I would love to make a trip up there in the G! It would be really sweet! I might even take the set of 18's to give me a little bit more with the car!

a long time ago i posted a nice article about it, but in unable to find it again since the updating of the site. if i remember right it sits right on the line between the two states. i think if we get up with some of the car clubs in the area, and i believe there is a nissan z club that has a run they might be able to help get something set up. im thinking a weekend meet in the mountains between Z's ans G's or anything else you want to bring except no ponies SVT lol wouldnt want to make it look bad. just to let everyone know if you think your going to break land speed records remember that the average speed is only 25 miles an hour. its the 100 plus curves and hairpins that make this trip great.

I'm miles away, but I'd be more than interested... just let me find out how far I'd have to travel... oh, and I'll need crazy notice.

It sucks being in Canada, there's not much of the whole tuner scene up in Atlantic Canada

Those who are into it, are driving civics, acura integras, or Neons and sunfires, I hate all these cars and their owners... well, you know.

I've seen some pretty crazy videos from up there, one guy had a police scanner that was going crazy pretty all the way through the tail of the dragon, each turn revealed yet another cruiser, poised to pull anyone over... it was pretty funny, they ended up giving him a hard time about his video camera, and he was like , really funny video if you ever get a chance.

I saw another video with some bikers, one went a bit fast trying to pass...

he ended up in the ditch

It would certainly be an experience, I'm in..........
