Road Salt Getting into Engine Bay thru Fender Holes

Hi,

I have an 09 Versa Hatchback.

I was changing my oil today and noticed some road dirt and salt around the back driver's side of the engine compartment. I found 2 small holes in the fender that were letting in road spray apparently. I taped them over with duct tape. Just a warning to everyone. I would guess all the 09 Versa Hatchbacks are like that. There are also 2 small holes in the passenger side fender.
