If you want to try your hand at Road Racing come out and join us on October 8th at Willow Springs Raceway. For $125.00 you get 2-1/2 hours of track time, all you can eat BBQ lunch, and even a T-Shirt. There will be a classroom instruction and instructors to help you out if you need that for no extra cost. Check http://www.opentrackracing.com for more details!

Hey nissan buddies... If your near Willow spring... by near I mean like within a days drive:D You should come get some track hours in and have a blast! Go to the website, check it out, would be great to get some more nissans out there!

This sounds very fun. I live in SF so by no means around the corner but if I can figure out to get there I'd dig this, I'd use my 84' 300ZX that is pretty tight suspension wise, but I'd have to invest in new tires first, my Bridgestone RE71's are getting old.

What do I need to do? I finally got my helmet and my brakes are done, so I want to go. Please get back to me with some more info.

For all interested:

Goto WWW.OPENTRACKRACING.COM

You can do it a couple of ways.Get the event forms from the website. Print them out and send them to the address provided on the site. Or you can send them in via e-mail. You can save them as a word doc. or something. Also the best way for any questions is to go on the message board and ask, eveyone will help out. Hope to see all of you there.

Oh, before I send it in, is there any way to tell if the event is full? I don't want to send my check in if it's already full.

I actually passed him a little later... he was a punk. He'd kill, i mean kill!!!, you saw it, me on the straights... it's a 996. Then I would catch up 2 turns later. If you look at the pic, he takes off on me coming out of turn 9 on the front straight (long one) then after turn 1 (the left) and turn 2 (the sweeping right) I caught him entering 3. So moral of the story. If someone is on your butt while going through the turns... YOUR NOT FASTER!!! :D Even if your run away from them on the straights.

So are you signed up? Bud man... or what ever (it's to hard to replicate):D is signed up.

BTW- Many spots open, you all should head out to Willow on the 8th. And Bud man... if you have good tires.. and bring your balls w/ you:D you will be doing 120+ in turn 8 given you hp.

Don't do this though :*)
