To be more specific:

RN Starter kit - 240sx KA24E/KA24DE turbo kit $1,900.00 - includes; Our custom manifold (KAE) or RH Cast Iron Manifold (KADE), T3 Turbocharger unit, Non- intercooled, Internal wastegate, Downpipe flange and universal downpipe (unassembled), Steel braided Oil send/return kit (w/ all necessary fittings), Cool side pipings, Couplers and clamps, Vacuum hoses and clamps, Nuts & Bolts, TurboXS blow off valve.

To answer your question, no this is not all you will need. You will need something to manage the fuel and air - either a piggyback system or a retuned ECU (like from JWT). Also you will probably need bigger injectors and a better fuel pump, as well as something to retard your timing while under boost: all depending on how much you want to boost. On top of all that you really SHOULD have an intercooler, which means the price of the core as well as piping, also you will most likely need a larger exhaust and some sort of air filter setup. There are lots of little things that this kit doesnt include as well. Read up and learn about turbocharging before you even think about buying this stuff. You obviously dont know what you're doin yet.

Search this forum man, there is lots of information at your fingertips if you arent too lazy to find it.
