Rising idle

Hello guys, I just started having these weird idle issues. It was after I ran my vacuum lines as follows:

wastegate to turbo vac.T'ed the butterfly to the fpr and i T'ed that to a boost controller.And the main vacuum behind the TB to the bov.

If i tap on the gas petal, my idle will slowly raise to 2k, and stay there; until i tap the gas again then it'll go back down.

Does that mean theres a hole in one of the lines?
