OK, so with it being winter the colder weather I figured the car wouldn't always run at the temp it normally does, but if i go out to warm it up it seems that it just wont get up to temp just sitting in the driveway. No matter how long I let it warm up for.

Also, when its cold out and Im just driving around town the temp only is a little or at the C on the temp gauge. Unless Im driving consistenyl on the highway it won't get up to and stay at temp.

Is this normal?

I have a similar prob but mine sort of fluctuates. It will be warmed up fine and when I press the gas the gauge goes closer to cold. The harder I press the gas is the closer it gets. But when I idle it sits in the middle or slightly lower. Could that be a stuck thermo as well?

Yes, it's very likely. Think of it in a logical way. Thermostat is stuck open, coolant is always flowing through the radiator. Sitting, air flow is limited to ambient temperature, and the actual flow of the mechanical fan at idle. If you rev, the fan speeds up pulling more air though, hence cooling it down a little or a lot depending on the temp outside.
