Well I never figured out my transmission issue, and never will. I was rear ended this morning by a person not paying attention. None of my doors open now and of course the back is messed up. I'm afraid she will be totalled. I'll have to pull off all my aftermarket stuff now. I'm lost on what I want to drive now. She's been really good to me.

That really sucks. I was in a accident 2 years ago (not my fault). Somehow $4700 in damage was not enough to total it, so maybe you'll get lucky

Any pics?

I don't remember. I know its a California series. I don't think its a top end amp. I would say there's over $5k in damage. I opened the back door finally and when I closed it, it overlapped the body panels. And on the passenger side there's probably a 1'' gap at the top of the doors. All body parts, the rear inside plastic panels, fix the frame where the towing package is and then whatever to straighten the rest of the body plus paint and labor.. there's just too much compressed from the impact.

How do you post pictures? You have to have a photo bucket account?

R.I.P. Sucks to hear. I had a '97 totaled out on me after a guy in a minivan ran a red light as I was making a left. Head to head and it was ugly. Walked away from it with minor injuries. Hope you are all good.

Sorry to hear about your loss man. Planning on setting up a selling thread for your aftermarket stuff? Probably make some of your money back for sure.

If you manage to part some things out, I may be interested in your transmission control module depending on its part number. I might also be interested in some exterior parts and possibly a few other small items.

Keep us updated on the situation for sure, it's sad to hear that another Pathfinder was damaged extensively.

I'm not going to mess with parting the entire truck out. I'm guessing the intake and tail lights will be the only thing that's pathfinder specific. The other stuff I may be able to use on next purchase. I hate that I kept it so clean and was so anal about keeping it in good shape for it to be smashed.

Yeah I'm fine. They totalled it out, they offered 6800. I see myself getting another full size truck now. I just sold my bike and plan to sell my ranger.

Btw: this 2012 impala they gave me for a rental, is no slouch. 1st gear is torque limited until about 5k rpms and then it'll open up.
