i have a set of sport maxx 962's. 17x9 +35mm offset. they fit the back just fine. but they would not fit the front they were hitting the struts. so i asked around and they said 5mm spacers would work just fine. well they dont they still rub. does anybody have these rims on a s13 240sx.

93 240sx, i know i should have got 17x7 in the front. but everyone was out. thanks for any help

pff.. I could have told you that.

I'm assuming you have a spring/strut combo? What exactly is rubbing suspension, the wheel rim or tire?

honestly, I'd recommend at least a 15mm bolt on spacer (ideally a 20mm for the sake of flushness).

so.. you not gonna take my recommendation? lol

but if you have coilovers, a 9" +25 may not clear coilovers (which is your 10mm spacer solution).
