trying do a little research and get some input on going from stock 18s to 20s. I am only doing this since my stock rim is bent so any suggestions would be great. looking at going with a Helo he851 chrome rim on maybe a nexen n3000 tire ? What are your thoughts on Staggering them Thanks

I would not go less than 35mm offset, IMO. At least you don't have to deal with sport brakes.
