I think it is chevy truck rims, could it be that?

Thats what they look like to me!!i know the bolt pattern is the same on our truck..you just gotta bore the centers out to 4 inches..

might be a lil late on a respone but there 90s model z71 rims. 2000 and up six lug chevy wheels will fit with no drilling on the hub size
