I am looking to put rims and tires on my Murano, does anyone know if 20'' or 22'' rims are better?

i wouldnt consider 20s or 22s better at all. They will increase braking distance, throw the speedometer off, probably make the ride quality worse, tires will be alot more expensive, plus it will probably look stupid. My opinion stock rims look pretty good.

I disagree, I have a friend that has 20's and they look great on the vehicle.

The 20's totally look sweet on the '09, why not an '07?

This is all about YOUR opinion......... some people are going to say "ahhhh rims are stupid" and some are going to say "rim is the only way to go". That said do what YOU want. The ride will suffer a bit, the speedo WILL NOT be off if the right size tire is selected and as far as the breaking distance i dont think it will be anything that you will ever notice. Now, i just bought an 04 for the wife and we put 22's on it. I am waiting on the lowering springs to come in. I think it looks great and will only look better lowered, first imprestions driving with them on..........you feel the road more thats about it.....

Will post a pic as soon as she gets home........Slow

I voiced my opinion on the other rim thread. I think 22" rims and low profile tires make the Murano look like a silly ricer. That my $.02 and it's worth about what you paid for it. I also think the ride would really have to suck and I suspect, one or two chuck holes with a car as "stout" as the Murano and those rims will be bent to heck.
