15x7" offset +0 will fit onto the car if you have the right bolt pattern.

215/60-15 is larger than stock size. Change out the tires. Use 225/50-15 if you like.

What suspension and brake modification do you have?

It will sit about an inch and a half farther out than most wheels(common offset is +35), and 2 inches farther out than the oem 7 spoke alloy

I have no suspension or brake upgrades at the moment. I am looking to get new suspension within the month since I have acquired 2000$
