Depends, How much does it cost to buy some sandpaper and a couple cans of flat black paint? My guess is less than $30. You'll wanna clear coat it too though for durability, I don't think that should gloss the color too much. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

the clear coat glossed mine up a bit. depending on how many coats you want on each wheel and how weel you want it painted. i put like 3 coats of flat black on each wheel and 2 of clear coat. it ended up being like 35 bucks. sanding it is the biggest pita
