rims for s14

i'm planning to buy 17" rims for my s14... is there anything i need to know prior to buying rims such as bolt offsets? my s14 is LE and it's 5 bolt... also, i was wondering what's the biggest rims i can fit on my s14 as it is not lowered?

Bastard you have 5 lug, its relatively easy to find rims for that lug pattern.

your bolt pattern will be 5x114.3your lug size will be 12mmX1.25stock offset is +40 I beleive.

You can fit pretty big wheels on a car that isnt lowered, but its going to look like crap, thats all.

Dont go higher offset than stock, I dont know the exact number but eventually you wont be able to clear the brakes.

stock offset sucks...

17*8 +20 is what I run and it's flush with the fender.

As long as you are not dropping your car way too much fender rolling is not necessary...

if it were up to me i'd get 17x9 up front and 17x10 in the rear on my S14

right nwo i have 17x8 +9 F 17x8 +14R (acheived with spacers)

i donno the offsets i'd run for my "dream wheel" setup lol but i think it'd be something like +15 F +25 R

there is a thread running around here somewhere by one of the sponsors (Underground Motorsports). Motgei is coming out with rims specially made for the 240 largest they are making is 18x10. Mind you this rim fits WITHOUT fender rolling. I have seen them in person and the look really good. I believe they will be available in a variety of colors, sizes, and maybe offsets (not sure on that one). But anyway they are due out and the end of Nov or early Dec
