Rims fitment on 1997-2000 QX4?

I just purchased 22 rims will they fit with 265/35/22 tires with any problems? I am not sure about offset but the inside rims says "ET 10" and the center hub size is a little over 4" in diameter.

That's the exact set up my son put on his '01 Pathifinder 2 months ago. He's has not trouble at all with them.
