Nice. I wanted some 5 spokes, but my friend told me that on a luxury car like a Q, 8 spoke rims are better and give it a classy look. I really want bigger BBS's than I already have. I have 15 inch stock ones. What's the biggest BBS style rim I can get one a stock 92 Q? (Stock suspension and all)

I'd say either 18x8.5-ish or 19x8.5-ish with +35-38 offset. You may be able to get 18x9's all around without having to do too much, but it will be close.

Also, as per the pics in the fitment thread, you can go much wider all around if you want to add camber, stretch the tires and roll fenders, but that doesn't go along with your "stock suspension" statement.

Staggered fitments would allow for soemthing along the lines of 8 or 8.5 (+35 to 38 offset ) wide up forint and 9.5 or even 10 (+42-ish offset) in the rear.

Now you gotta get better looking calipers, brake rotors brake lines, struts, springs, steering arms, mufflers, spindles, ... You can probably see the oil filter through those babys!

Like Jeff said though, you'll have to paint the calipers and any rusty spots on the rotors because everyone will see them now! Them are some tough lookin' rims...
