Does anyone knows if a 17x8.25 +25 with the right tires, will clear stock suspension and stock fenders in the front of an s13 240sx?

Yes, shouldn't be much of a problem. Probably a 215 or 225 tire should work.

Will depend on tire, the inside won't be much issue with stock springs, but without a roll/pull/camber you won't fit too much of a big tire. Would guess 235 would be the widest.

Issue will be mainly if the tire hits on bumps/potholes, at stock ride height the tire probably won't touch the fender when sitting still, unless its really tall.

You can find sites that have pics of setups and use wheel/tire calculators to tell you how much difference there will be between current setup and new one, then measure that difference on current setup to see where the new ones will sit.

I've been in this situation for 3 weeks now. After a bunch of poking around and calculating, it seems like you can fit a 235/40/17 on that wheel up front without too much of a problem.

As you can see, on the inside its only a tad further in than stock. Ideally I'd go with a 225/40/17, but that barely exists. I still feel like 215/40 is not enough sidewall and 225/45 is too much sidewall.

Thank you Guys! That was really helpful. So I guess that with 17x8.25 +25 all around shouldn't have any problem. could be 225/45 or 215/45 Front. and something wider rear. Am I correct?

Well, 225/45 has a huge sidewall. Theres about a 2cm difference in overall wheel diameter compared to stock. 215/45 is about a centimeter bigger in overall wheel diameter and 215/40 is a centimeter smaller in overall wheel diameter. 235/40 is 5mm bigger in overall wheel diameter. It seriously sucks that they don't make an affordable 225/40.
