So a month back i decided to do a bunch of stuff to my car. All the parts, but one, are in and ready to be installed. This is where my problem lies. I ordered a set of Gianelle Puertos through the guys I'm getting my car done with. Now they have been on order for 3 and a half weeks and apparently they are being "made". First off, I have never bought a set of rims so is this wait common ? Furthermore Gianelle have horrible communication and are not answering emails or phone calls in regards to my purchased product ! Any words of wisdom ?

I've seen 4 months wait on wheels but those are high end companies [ 3 piece wheels ], it takes a while to build them with custom offsets and widths. If they're not answering your calls/emails then I'd worry. Talk to your bank or Paypal, whichever method of payment you used I'm sure that will get them to answer you.
