I've resigned myself to coilovers. Which ones are you running again Black? I figure that I can at least run the coilovers on my stock wheels before I upgrade them.

not to be a buzzkill, just becuase its expensive doesnt mean its the besta good coilover/UAS setup costs MORE than your precious air runner...and WAY more flexible

No buzzkill at all. You know I have no complaints at all over my set up. And I agree, a coilover/air setup is better. But im not even talkin cost, im talkin reliability. I still here stories all the time of cats having issues w/ their UAS set up (bags blowing, rubbing, etc.) As long as u find a person who knows what they are doing when they install and set up your system than hopefully you'll be fine. But when I'm hering friends who buy that s*** and then complain about problems they have, that's when I start to see why it's better to invest your $$$$ on a proper and more reliable setup. I know there's no perfect/100% safe kit, but why would you even want to worry about some s*** happening. It's all good though though. Like I said, it's y'all money and maybe that s*** won't happen to you/them. (Finished)

same as everything else, trade offs to be made.

uas has the universal going for them. some have had issues but when you're rubbing through bags that's on the installer not the manufacturer.

air over coils is pretty sick and this gives you the oppurtunity to break a pretty major purchase into halves.

air runner is app specific bolt in. this takes the margin of reasonable installer error out. bolt in and you're done. can't go wrong with that. in return you get taxed and less features. trade off.

the new otg system has more adjustability and runs about the price of good coilovers + uas.

i think either one of these is a fine solution, it's up to you what shorts you wanna take; ease of install, cost, features, etc.

since they fit the car better and allow it to actually get low.

Sorry I don't have any experience w/ Y34s......yet Those I'm sure would fit though. I probably would try and fit a low-mid 20s offset or even low 10s. Would have to do some measuring and homework.......trade me yours and I'll let you know what you could've ran

As far as the WXs, I myself wouldn't go w/ that style. The AME MXs would be a better option. I really want to see some SSR MS1s or VF1s on one

its funny but if i can recall just a few post ago you said that you were not feeling the sliver m 45 that was in jersey - humm must be the change of heart - i would but in canada you require day time running lights and a 15 mile per hr bumber on the front and rear just in case you can't see in the day and you crash a low speed - over protective ppl ..

besides any one who wants to buy a y 34 should buy it from canada its not that expensive vs the us pricing i donno why

http://www.autotrader.ca

only 1 for sale 14k canadian works out to 10 K us with today rate it only has 93000 km - approx 57 000 miles - silver with black - 1 owner

at least you will be safer with day time running light and 15 mile per hour bumper

import fees and taxe will run you about the same by the time you are done
