rims and offset...

I'm thinking about picking up some different rims this weekend, heres the link:

they are 42 offset my current rims are 40 offset. does this matter?

They look just like the rims i just got dude made by Drag wheels.

they will sit in 2mm more. they will work, a little heavy but they will work.

will it be a noticeable difference?

and i looked and they seem to be around 19~20 lbs. last I could find on my current rims they are like 23~ so an improvement nonetheless.

i should be able to get them for 350$
