I've been searching multiple forums for the answer to my question.

If there is a thread, please link me to it or just reply with an answer.

I've got a great price on a set of WORK VS-XX wheels. I want to run the following setup:

19x9.5 +17 (front) 19x10.5 +18 (rear)

Will this clear the OEM brembos? or will I have to run a spacer?

and if I DO have to run a spacer, what size (mm), and on which set of wheels (front or rear)?

Thanks for any help.

Looks like most of the stock wheels were running a 30-35mm offset. If the rims you are looking at are 17mm offset, you'll need a 15-20mm spacer

Offset explainedhttp://www.tirerack.com/wheels...d=101

Found out the wheels you want, thats how to determine if you need a spacer

You have this completely backwards. The lower the number on a +offset, the further it sticks out. The higher the number the more it is pushed back inside the fender. Those wheels he wants to run if this is on a g35 coupe will be aggressive and will be very flush with the fender. If he would run a 15mm spacer on those offsets they would be +2 offset front and +3 offset rear which would stick out too far. Read my Sticky on wheel sizes/offsets.

Now in your case on the stock wheels, some will run a 15mm spacer to push the wheel out even further as the stock wheels are sunken in quite a bit.

+30mm with 15mm spacer = +20mm offset

I read that and that's basically where I got my offsets and wheel sizes from.

I'm wondering if they will clear the brembo brakes.

A vendor off of G35driver said they may or may not fit, so I'm looking for that information.

Nobody seems to know this info.

I also need some tire size advice

Those offsets will clear the brembos with ease. Your oem wheels are 30mm offset. A 17 and 18 offset pushes them further away from the brakes. As far as tire size goes, 245/35/19 and 275/35/19. Check out http://www.1010tires.com and use the tire size calculator when in doubt, its a sure answer.
