rim size???

I asked previously about some mr3 wheels, but they were sold from underneath me. I am looking at a set of gunmetal 5 spokes with a 17x7 wheel and a +40 offset. Will these work or will I have a problem?

long as they are 4x114.3 bolt pattern youll be good with what you said
