Just recently my front passenger side rim started rubbing into the spring of my coil over when i turn right, causing damage to the rim and a loud noise. I have no idea why it is rubbing on just that side and no other.

I've checked the air pressure, studs, and made sure its all torqued down. It couldn't be the rim sizes because it would rub on all of them wouldn't it? Rim specs are 17x9.5 +17 and I am running megan street coils. Any ideas?

Could be wheel bearings. You can try loosening the bolts at the knuckle and re-tightening them while pulling out to make a little more space.
