yeah look at bomex's car, that's probably 18s or 19s and maybe 10 or even lower offset

that 7.5 will allow you to put 245 tires all around per my understanding but the high offset might cause the suspension to rub against the tires

low offset, or even negative offset for the win

Ok guys, thanks for the replies. So what offset would look flush against the fenders 20, 25?

for 17s?

I am no expert but under 30 should be good

watch out for too low of offsets, the rims I WAS going to buy had -20 offsets and they will stick out about 3 inchs out the fender... just imagine going over a bump with something like that: the fender will cut the tires

or worst case scenario, going pretty fast on the freeway... a bump or a dip and then the fender STOPS one of the wheel while going 70+ mph

also, the measurement of the tire play a role in this. If I get skinny tires, probably won't happen, but if you're trying to get wider tires... you will start to have problems.

Consult the tire/suspension forum

If its only a 7.5 inch wheel you probably want closer to a +5 or 0 offset once the camber is set. 17x9's look good with around +10 in rear, +15 front, so you have to account for the smaller width and go lower offset if you want flush, but +20 will look nice just slightly sunk, shouldnt even need a roll for that setup.

7.5 Id go for +35 to keep it close to stock because I dont care what it looks like, and Id rather let the guys who made the car do my planning for me.But for you I would go with BomexS13, look at his car...You know he knows how to make it look good 17X7.5 +20mm in 4x114.3 bolt pattern for teh win...

7.5 i'd say 10mm is a perfect flush

i have 16x8 with 38offset and its sunk in like whoa... well not that bad but i'm a flush whore. so i have a 28mm spacer on there and i might get a 30mm so it'll be completely flushhh for JDM HoTneSs!!@!@#!#!$!$@#

and ive seen bomex's car in person... and it's hot and flush!

i guess my 195/205 stagger on a 7" wheel is a slight stretch then?

anything in a decent width, somewhere around +20 is nice. my wheels are plast flush, i have massive amounts of camber to clear the rear quarters.

it shoudl be alright but it's alittle on the skinny side

I have 15x7 and 225 all around, I am told it is even possible to put 235 but it gets to be a bit dangerous

i was being sarcastic, sorry that doesnt come off too well on a forum.

i would like to run a wider tire, but my offset wont allow it.

yeah anything under 25 will fit...

x9 +15-20~x8 +10~?x7 +0-10x6 ... dont even go thereyou can go lower if you're willing to roll fenders or pull, neg camber etc. but pulling too much looks gross like over sagging breasts. youre car your money though.

i think super wide 18s with negative offset, -10000deg camber and fender pulling looks disgusting but some like it... it's like a fat chicks chest bulging out...

yeah ur gonna find out that some of the only affordable wide 17x9+ wheels with low offsets are: 5zigen fn.... and work emotion cr.

then ur choices will be either 15,16 inch wheels or 5 lug conversion =/
