This si quote form someone I know who ahd a question , " jus ask wherther or not you can put stock lugs on aftermarket rims they are konig monsoon rims 17'' for a dodge neon that shouldnt matter tho jus wat rim it is "

Depends on the wheel, typically you want to go with an aftermarket lug like the Gorilla style. They are cheap anyways.

Monsoons have the industry standard 60degree conical seat.

OE lugs will work fine, or just buy some Gorilla or similar nuts. Make sure you have clearance for the socket so you don't gouge the wheel
