Hi,

After looking at a few pics of pathfinder/QX4's with 22's . It seem there enough clearance to put on 24's . Just wondering if its possible to put on 24's on a stock setup.

My 20's with 45profile tires would rub at near full lock with stock suspension

I would say no, but Im sure with trimming, maybe a small lift it would be ok

24's though man? Wouldnt last long in scarborough

i honestly think that 24's will fit just fine, even with 22's i still have alot of clearance, doesn't rub n e where, make sure u get the right tire and rim size i think it's 265/75/85-30-24, check http://www.1010tires.com

"265/75/85-30-24"

I would not recomend a 30 profile sidewall for toronto/scarborough streets

I used to bend rims bimonthly with 35 series on my Crx, and that thing only weighed 2100lbs

Good thing is my town pays for damage done to your car if it happened in a town construction area (ie, just say you smacked a rasied manole or something0

30 series on a crx have a 1" sidewall versus 265/30 i think it works out to 2 3/4'', not sure did the math last year, i drive around on the 35'' series with no worries of pot hole, with that size tire u ride over the pot hole

My crx didnt have a 1" sidewall, I didnt have riceboy tires lol, I had 245's on the front of that thing, need some surface area to pull 350whp in a tin can!!

I bought my rims off a friend of a friend locally, dont know where he got them from though

naw 25 series is pushing it to much, stick with 22"s alot safer, for my car the sidewall difference is about an inch, i got my rims from centerlinewheels.com there overstock section

245 on a crx with 350, normally i would see 205 to 215 max with the regular 1.6, once in a while a b16a, b or 18a

Had a B20/vtec sleeved with forged internals, exospeed worked head, crazy lumpy cams and a t3 .60/63 snail @ 18-20psi. Didnt sound like a Honda, was told many times it sounded like a Mack truck with the open turbo screaming and open downpipe and wastegate dump. Couldve made alot more power but i was maxing my injectors out. Cars been sitting for a year now I miss her. As for the tires sticking out almost 2" I bought some fiberglass wide fenders, looked "almost" stock lol. Definetely a sleeper when it was on the road, theres no cars in my area daily driven that were in the 11's.

Sorry to talk so much in your thread
