Rim Question.

I read the stickies and did some research but still baffled and need some expert a/c advice.

I just bought some oem 18 g35 wheels, of course the g35 is rear wheel drive so the rear wheels are 18x8 with 33 offset, and the front have a 30 offset, if I get yoko 225/45/18 tires for the rear also, will those rub? What is the differential in size is it within the right percentage of the base wheels? And how bad am I lookin at odo speed being off?

Thanks for any help, Im not sure how to work the numbers though.
