I just swapt my brakes for the 300zx brakes (26mm)and my 17's will not clear the caliper? I thought that was only a problem with 30mm calipers???? ANY HELP???

try some wheel spacers

Yeah...there are not very many options available...go with spacers or sell your 17's and get some other ones that do clear. It's really an issue with spoke design and a different rim might or might not work, you'll have to test fit them to find out.
