I put in my LED license plate lights and fog lights this weekend. Yes, the LED fog lights don't give out any light, but they look much better, and I could never tell if the fogs were on anyway before, so no biggie. The LP LED's are sooo bright, not sure if I'm going to keep them or look for something less bright. They are almost overwhelming, so we'll see.

I bought this car used and the Alloy Rims have some black stains on them, not really dark, but dark enough to look like crap to me. Any idea's on a super strong cleaning product to use on the alloys to clean them up? Probably going to need something pretty abrasive, but don't want to f them up either.

Thanks!

I wouldn't use anything abrasive on your wheels... that's only paint on there and not a lot of it. I would try Chemical Guys Sticky Gel Wheel & Rim Cleaner. It is citrus based and is the best cleaner I've ever used. It takes brake dust residue off better than anything I've ever seen. It is very concentrated and they recommend diluting it 5:1. Test on reverse side of rim before using anything more concentrated than that.

There is no exact match for the paint on the OEM wheels. The Paint is manufacturered in Japan and is lead-based and therefore cannot be imported into the good ol' USA. I have not found a substitute that you can't tell the difference in sunlight. Option: have both wheels on the same side painted.
