Rim and tire fitment

Hey everyone, I was looking for tires and rims to fit on my dark grey 2011 altima coupe and I was looking into getting gold 19 inch rims with chrome lip.

I wanted to know how wide of a rim I could get without having to roll the fenders? I was also thinking of either putting eibach pro springs or H&R. I don't want to drop it too much. I've been looking on tirerack.com, let me know if there any other good sites that ship to Canada.
