My wife hit a pole with our side view mirror on our 2010 G37x and now looking for a replacement. An OEM part from the dealership was expensive, so we went to another garage shop and they got us an aftermarket part for us from Polyway (can't find anything online about them). Only the side view mirror cap, and mirror itself are damaged. Would it work just to replace the mirror portion, and just plug it in to the original casing's electronics?

Also, any recommendations on where to find cheaper OEM Infiniti parts in Canada? I found www.infinitiparts.ca but not sure if they are legit.

Thanks all!

Unfortunately, I think you're in "try it and see" territory mixing and matching parts of aftermarket body parts with factory parts. Probably worth a try though.

maybe there is a chance to find a used OEM mirror off e-bay?
