right side mirror part?

hey guys, Someone recently (probably) brushed across the passenger side mirror and cracked its plastic housing. the motor still works and the mirror still rotates inside the housing but it is somewhat loose and rattles when driving.

i was wondering if there is any site that sells this particular part.as of yet, i havent seen any and a repair shop said they could get it for $250.havent seen anything on ebay either. any help?

i was hoping that if i could get my hands on another passenger side mirror unit, then i could use the service manual to remove and replace the mirror unit myself.

You beat me to it Leo2005.

Good find! If all that is damaged is the outer mirror cover then this is all you need. Otherwise you have to purchase an entire mirror assembly.

BTW, the mirror cover is unpainted. If your Rogue has body colored mirrors, you have a few choices:

1) Get a local body shop to do it.

2) Many auto parts stores (especially those that offer paint and body shop supplies) can sell you custom tinted/color matched paint in spray can form (sometimes called a paint bomb) and you can do it yourself.
