Right Headlight

Hello, I was wondering I have a 1990 240sx, and my right headlight keeps poping the fuse, I was wondering if that's a common problem for anyone else or what?

The high beams work fine but as soon as I turn on the low beam pop goes the fuse. Also If it's a presistant problem, couldnt I just rewire my headlights and make them all work just off my left side? and instead of runing at 15amp fuse, just put a 25 amp one in? Any one see any problems with this idea? Cause my left one works fine I have no problems with it at all.
