Ride Difference between Armada & QX56

OK. We all know that the QX56 is basically a rebadged Armada, however are there any ride differences between the two SUVs? I've heard from my automotive technician (aka mechanic), who frequently services both vehicles, that the QX56 rides smoother and have better driving dynamics. Ironic as it may be, I prefer a smooth driving SUV (I don't expect sedan-smooth) so is it really true that the Infiniti is better? Doesn't both vehicles share the same frame and suspension, or do you really get more in terms of suspension upgrade in the QX56 for the extra $10+K?

i have a 06 QX56...and it rides pretty smooth! iono about the Armada...
