thanks god i didnt buy season tickets this year, im sooo mad that hes retiring hes only played 5 years, now i really realize that ricky is just not all there.... when i got the sports page today and i saw this is still cant beileve it

i hope his retirement doesn't set a trend for future players to come into the league for a few years, get money, and get out before they get hurt....that would be very unfortunate for the league

i bet we see some new clauses in some contracts where if the player retires for some reason other than serious injury before X amount of years, they have to pay back some of the money on their contract

because if you think about it, he just totally ****ed the Dolphins...they didn't have a clue they were going to need a running back before the draft this year...had no clue he was going to leave, and leave them SOL....they were a lot peoples' faves to win their division....no chance now
