Hello Nico,

Just wanted to say good bye for good. I finally bought a real car and traded in the Altima. Going from FWD auto to a RWD 6 speed has been awesome! I don't know how I ever bought my AC haha.

Here she is, 2003 Honda s2000

Thank Funkee! I got 11k for my trade with 60k miles on her. Picked up this 03 with 80k for 13k out the door after a 17k floor price ;)

Was your A/C paid off? I'm thinking about trading my car in next year sometime, before I hit 60/70K miles so that the car is still worth a decent amount. But I'm kinda clueless on the whole process because this is the first car I've ever had to finance.

I still owed 9.5k on my AC. I probably could have gotten a little more but I really worked them down from 17 to 13. I was happy with the payment I was getting too. It all worked out in the end and I am finally getting it back haha. 3 days back on a 6 speed and my shifts are getting better and no stalls today =P

I see. What are your payments with the S2K if you don't mind me asking? And how long did you finance it for? (you can PM me if you want).

I think my biggest gripe with my A/C is the fact that it has the CVT transmission. If I had the six speed I'd be a lot happier, but because of the transmission I really can't wait to get back into a car that I choose the gears.

I will PM you.

Yeah, the CVT transmission in the Alti was def fail. Great idea and I loved the way it drove, but over heating and is bound to break. No thank you!

It's really not that bad with the right suspension and having LSD really helps.

I had coils and the car did handle. But after taking the 2 into the bends, I do not know how I ever bought an altima.

Haha, yeah what does that thing weigh? 7 Lbs or something like that? I doubt the lip adds more than half a pound.
