Ok, bought a 240 with a Blacktop S13 installed.

GT28 turbo550cc injectors 255 walbro cat-deleteZ32 mafPower FC stand-alone

I smell the fumes really badly not just idling but when driving! My passengers feel like passing out when going for a ride. Not to mention bad gas mileage. The fuel pressure gauge reads around 40 so thats ok, I guess...I was told that the Power FC was tuned properly at a shop not too long ago, not saying it isnt the problem but I want to eliminate any other possibilities before I try to tune it again. I also checked the plugs and they were fine. What else could it be?

The rubber o-ring that seals the fuel pump assembly to the fuel tank in the trunk was probably not replaced when putting in the walbro fp.

I'll check it out...but the fumes from the exhaust are super rich. And theres a little sputter/light popping from the exhaust when the engine slows down to idle.

If the exhaust is rich as well then you need to go have it tuned then. Other than that make sure you're running the right plug gap and degree 6 spark plugs.
