Ricer or nice? Preformance 03 maxima

Im looking to make some preformance mods to my 03 .35 maxy... was thinking about doing... Stillen Headers, HKS sport cat exhaust and stillen Hi-flow intake system... and maybe a HKS twin power ignition amplifier... i cant decide if this will make the car considered a ricer and i want to stay as far away from rice as possible. any help or ideas would be great!
